Vendor Spaces all include the following
- Each space includes an eight-foot-long table, covered with a cloth, and 2 chairs.
- Each reserved space includes one full weekend Event Ticket
- Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are filled.
- Sharing of a table space is allowed, but a single party must make the vendor space reservation.
- 3 full days of exhibiting!
Notes: Vendor tables and extra vendor badges are purchased on a non-refundable basis. A vendor badge is equivalent to a full weekend Event Ticket for purposes of accessing the Imaginarium Convention and all of our programming and content.
Exhibitors/vendors need to secure their items and cover them with a cloth when not at your tables.
The Imaginarium Convention is not liable for any stolen, broken, or lost property!

Main Expo Hall: Vendor spaces within the Main Expo Hall are arranged in a large, open area that is secured at the end of each day’s vendor hall hours.
